For those who believe in competition and free markets, I propose an evolutionary risk algorithm competition.  

Rule set:

• Patentable
• Equal or better than a publication in a recognized journal
• Recorded results are better or generally accepted by risk analyst professionals. The results reduce risk which is complex and hard.
• Publishable upon generation
• Better than human-created results, for long term challenges, and the traditional solution. Wins vs. humans or algorithms create by humans.
